An 11-unit luxury apartment development on Sydney's lower north shore, delivered by Platino Properties as developer. Tight site, premium finishes, and a buyer-facing quality bar that is enforced from design through to handover.
Key challenges
Construction Certificate coordination was the most active period — running consultant and certifier input in parallel with early works on site. Architectural and services design changes during the build were captured, costed and incorporated into the programme without losing the original handover target.
Contract administration ran in lockstep with delivery: progress claims, variations and EOTs assessed and processed in-house, with a tight feedback loop between the site team and Platino's commercial decision-makers.

Active project. Stakeholders include the architect, structural and services engineers, the head contractor, and Platino as developer/client. Reporting is fortnightly to the project team and monthly to Platino's principals.
