Key challenges
Portfolio-scale delivery introduces an additional reporting layer above any single site — programme status, risks and movements have to be rolled up and re-cut for the VSBA audience without losing site-specific detail. Weekly project reviews and structured reporting (status reports, schedules and budgets in Procore and Microsoft Project) anchored that discipline.
Live-campus operations were a recurring constraint across the portfolio. Each site required its own staging strategy, with classroom relocations and demountable moves planned in advance to land within school holiday windows.
